ASSOCIATION PORTFOLIO MANAGER
Association Portfolio Managers are the primary contact with Boards of Directors, Homeowners, and private contractors serving their portolio of associations. This active position includes handling homeowner's calls, inspecting the assigned communities on a weekly basis, initiating correspondence, assigning work orders and monitoring work, handling notices and violations, solicitation of bids, processing design review requests, preparation for and attending board meetings (including evening meetings), review and presentation of  financial documentation.  Competent computer skills and knowledge Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook would be helpful.  Due to the high volume of correspondence, it is necessary to have the ability to effectively communicate orally and in written forms.

CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST
The Customer Service Specialist is the most visible representative of our company.  The person in this position greets all clients and guests, handles most resident inquiries, and maintains homeowner account information.  In addition, this team members provides support to staff with mail distribution, supply ordering, and other administrative functions.

ACCOUNTANT/BOOKKEEPER

Accountant/Bookkeepers provide full accounting services to a number of assigned associations. This includes accounts receivable, accounts payable, interaction with title companies, maintenance of checking/savings accounts, production of modified-accrual financial reports, follow up on delinquent accounts, and interaction with CPA's during audits and reviews.

ESCROW/COLLECTIONS SPECIALIST
The individual in the busy Escrow/Collections Specialist position works with escrow companies to ensure the association is represented in the escrow process during property transfer by providing demands, issuing governing documents, and preparing lender certifications.  Additionally, this position coordinates all collection activities for the associations.

COMPLIANCE COORDINATOR
The Compliance Coordinator conducts drive-through inspections to identify and monitor compliance violations, corresponds with homeowners via violation notices, hearing notices and violation responses, and prepares for Board hearings. 

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
There are several different types of administrative positions in our company. Basic clerical positions might involve filing, routing, copying, and processing of mail/faxes in and out. Some positions are more secretarial in nature with reception duties, typing, processing of mailings, and other related functions.  Administrative positions in our Manager's Department provides industry-specific support such as preparing for meetings, mailouts, and working with association calendars.  All support positions require competent technical skils, good communications skils and cheerful attitude.

ONSITE MANAGEMENT
Onsite Managers help to manage all the common elements pertaining to an association. This position is as diversified in duties as it is in location. On-Site Manager help to enforce rules and regulations, supervise maintenance activities, and also know and abide by all governing documents. This position has maintained office hours and also the requirement of accessibility, by cell phone, all days of the week.
