LEASING AGENT
We are looking for a go-getter to manage and increase our growing residential leasing division.  The successful candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and advanced technology skills.  You must be versed in all aspects of residential leasing including marketing, tenant qualification, property management, document preparation/execution, and housing laws.  Familiarity with MLS, CAR forms, and MS Office is desired.  To be considered for this position, you must be available to work evenings and weekends.  An active and unrestricted California Real Estate License is required and experience in property management is a plus.  Click Here To Apply.
